Developer and Mentor of Bubbles curriculum I.Lalitha Naidu
Lalitha Naidu, is an Educationist of long standing with a Master of Philosophy in Education. She has close to three decades of experience in the field of education. She rose from the ranks of a teacher to head schools. She headed the Aga Khan School in Hyderabad before becoming the Regional Head for Aga Khan Education Service, India for Southern India schools and outreach with the Government of Andhra Pradesh. She is the Principal of Meridian School at Madhapur at present.
She is the Secretary for Indian Association For Pre School Education, a National Level body, she has also been a Member of Academic Resource Group of Government of Andhra Pradesh. She has been instrumental of developing a team of young professionals who facilitated the culling out of minimum levels of learning for SCERT.
She received extensive training as a Master Trainer in Philips Andovar, USA, Middlebury School of English USA and at Queen’s University, Canada on school based assessments.
She facilitated several action research projects which established the norms of Co-operative learning techniques and in addition to this she has designed training programs and facilitated many both in India and abroad.
Her core belief in education can be summed up in three words which she is very fond of – purpose, passion and pedagogy. She also has a personal vision to bring about quality education which is paramount for the country.
The Bubbles curriculum has been developed by her to give the children a pre school experience which is both purposeful and joyful. It is based on the Hi-Scope methodology where children are actively involved in the learning process. Research has proved and she also strongly believes that the values, habits and attitudes which children learn at this age remains with them through their life.
